As a consequence we are now seeking to recruit a Commercial Electrical Technical Trainer, for our local, regional and national customer base. The core responsibility of the role is to facilitate the delivery of MGTS Commercial Electrical Maintenance Courses, which include the following aspects:
- Electrical Maintenance
- Industrial Electrics
- Motor Control
- Inverters, PLCs and HMIs
- Fault Finding & Diagnostic Techniques
In addition, the individual will be expected to undertake the administration of Technical Skills Assessments at MGTS and at customers’ premises, which may require overnight stays.
It would be advantageous to possess pneumatic and electro-pneumatic skills and knowledge.
Role Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is proactive and can work on own initiative
- Well organised and committed to meeting deadlines
- Ability to produce reports
- Course delivery will be at both our Coventry and Redditch facilities, as well as at customer premises
- Driving Licence

Salary & Benefits:
Salary is to be agreed with the successful candidate and is dependent upon experience. This is offered together with 25 days annual holiday, plus 8 statutory days, pension and private medical insurance.
