Following the government announcement on 21 February 2022 removing the requirement for staff and students in educational settings to lateral flow test (LFT) twice weekly, MGTS has taken the decision to follow the guidance and cease the testing regime we currently have in place as of 23 February 2022.
From 24 February 2022 the government has also removed the legal requirement for an individual testing positive for Covid-19 to self-isolate.
Although the government Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted it is important we still take sensible precautions, where possible, such as hand sanitisation and social distancing.
