The small print
Generally course fees include all course paperwork and materials and will include, when delivered at MGTS, a light lunch plus general refreshments.
Invoices for payment will be issued at the point when joining instructions are sent to the delegates 10 days before the commencement of training.
Cancellations received in writing before the issue of joining instructions will incur no charge
Cancellations made after the issue of the joining instructions are liable to 50% of the course fee
The full course fee will be charged for any delegates who fail to attend the course without any notice
Substitution of a delegate may be made before the start of an event without a cancellation charge.
