MGTS can offer you excellent Conference and Room hire facilities. We are located close to major rail and motorway links, near to Coventry City Centre, and have large, free car parking with CCTV security for over 100 cars.

Training rooms are modern, light and well-equipped.

Rooms are approximately:
- 40ft x 20ft @ £250 + VAT per day
- 20ft x 20ft @ £175 + VAT per day
- 12ft x 20ft @ £105 + VAT per day

Small syndicate type rooms
10ft x 15ft to 10ft x 10ft @ £50 + VAT per day
- OHP and flip chart standard in larger rooms
(some have built in multi-media)
- Layout of room to suit customer requirements

We can provide the following, if required:
- Morning and afternoon refreshments
(Coffee/Tea & Biscuits) at £1.50p per head
- Home cooked lunches at £6:50 per head
served in our pleasant restaurant
- TV and video player (please enquire)
- Multi-media equipment (if available)
