We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and solution focused Data Analyst to provide a lead for the management of data and to provide administrative support on Quality Assurance activities. The role will be based at our Head Office in Coventry.
To be responsible for data quality ensuring that information provided is accurate and valid and meets MGTS and ESFA contractual requirements. A significant part of this role will be to provide apprentice achievement trend data including statistical analysis and interpretation of achievement data .The role will also involve the collection of Quality Assurance data generated through Quality Assurance activities that are designed to measure the effectiveness of MGTS apprenticeship training provision.
The ability to pay attention to detail, communicate well and be highly organised are essential skills for this post.
The post will cover the following tasks:
To be responsible for data quality ensuring that information provided is accurate and valid and meets ESFA contractual requirments.
To input Learner Management Information data regarding funded and non-funded learners onto our PIC's database. Inputting new starters, achievement, and the general updading of PIC's learner data.
To input apprentice completed 12 weekly reviews onto PIC’s and produce monthly scheduled review reports.
To produce PIC’s generated learner data reports on starts, occupancy, learner achievement data, leavers, and timely completion of apprentice 12 weekly reviews.
To identify quality concerns relating to the accuracy of information/data stored on PIC’s.
To support companies with the administration of their on-line Digital Apprentice Service accounts (DAS) by inputting learner information.
To upload ACE with copies of apprentices certificates and claim frameworks.
To register learners on qualifications with awarding bodies for City & Guilds Functional Skills, ILM, and Pearson and claim Qualification certificates.
To provide administrative support with the tracking and co-ordination of learners who require Functional Skills.
To support with the organisation and invigilation of exams.
To administer Quality Assurance activities such as surveys and provide assistance in collecting information to assess the quality of MGTS apprenticeship training provision.
