BRITVIC SOFT DRINKS NATION WIDE
BRITVIC “NATION WIDE”
Lee Weatherly, CEO of MGTS, recently congratulated the MGTS apprentice field team for their work with Britvic. Geoff Rushton, Field Operations Manager, in partnership with Rob Coxon and Robin Howlett of Britvic, has led an apprentice recruitment project for Britvic involving 6 sites.
Recruitment of 8 maintenance apprentices was successfully completed in August with their training and educational placement starting immediately.
MGTS provided a complete recruitment service for Britvic operations spanning a geographical spread of Huddersfield, Norwich and Becton in the South East.
Lee Weatherly is particularly pleased that the selection of local provision, design and delivery of in-company apprentice training and assessment programmes are fully aligned with the standards required by Britvic maintenance operations. He went on to explain that the Britvic maintenance apprentice project is a complimentary strand to the recent work carried out by MGTS on behalf of Britvic to assess the standard of over 160 maintenance engineers across all Britvic operations.
Robin of Britvic said “MGTS were selected as our Apprentice Management partner because they had the resource and experience to operate a single scheme on a national basis. They have delivered against plan and we look forward to engaging next year’s intake.”
