Who should participate?

 

Maintenance Personnel, Engineers or Supervisors and other persons requiring an introduction to pneumatic and hydraulic systems, circuits and components.

 

 

Programme benefits:

 

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

 

Ø      Develop an awareness of the safety aspects and legislative requirements of fluid power systems

Ø      Develop an awareness of circuit components, their function and interaction between systems, through practical exercises

Ø      Gain an understanding of graphical representation, circuit design, reading of circuit design drawings

Ø      Form a logical approach to fault diagnosis through practical exercises

Ø      Introduction, principles and safety

Ø      Air conditioning flow and pressure

Ø      Pipework connections and distribution

Ø      Circuit design, construction, tests and fault find

Ø      Hydraulic fluids, storage, conditioning

Ø      Circuit components, actuation, plus graphical representation

Ø      Circuit construction and test

Ø      Interaction between hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ø      Logical fault diagnosis

 

 

This course combines theory with hands-on practical applications.
